All products are sold by Horizon Algo and are intended for personal use on the NinjaTrader or MetaTrader 5 trading platform.


2. Nature of Products

All items are digital trading algorithms and scripts for use within supported trading software. No physical products are shipped. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying access to a digital file.


3. License & Usage

Each purchase grants you a non-transferable, personal-use license. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the source code or compiled files with others, including through file-sharing platforms, trading groups, or social media.


4. No Financial Advice

The algorithms provided are tools for discretionary trading and analysis.

They do not constitute financial or investment advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and no guarantee of profit or accuracy is made.


5. Liability Disclaimer

The developer is not responsible for any financial losses, data corruption, or software issues arising from the use of these products. All products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.


6. Refund Policy

As stated in our Refund Policy, all digital sales are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded, except in cases of technical defects or incorrect delivery.


7. Support

We are happy to help with basic setup questions to get you started. Extended or personalized support is optional and may be billed separately, depending on the scope of work. Any additional service will only be carried out after mutual confirmation of the terms and fee.


8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union, where applicable. Any disputes shall be handled under German jurisdiction.
