Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your order.
1. Digital Product Nature
All products offered in this store are digital downloads (algorithmic trading strategies for the NinjaTrader or MetaTrader 5 platform). Because digital files cannot be “returned” once delivered, all sales are final after the download or delivery link has been made available.
2. EU and German Consumer Law Notice
In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal for digital content expires once the download has begun, provided the customer has agreed to immediate access before the end of the withdrawal period. By completing your purchase and downloading the product, you expressly agree to this condition.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if the file is defective or corrupted, and a replacement cannot be provided, or the wrong product was accidentally delivered by the seller. Requests for refunds due to buyer’s remorse (e.g. “I changed my mind”, “The product isn’t what I expected”, “It doesn’t fit my trading style”) cannot be accepted.

5. Unauthorized Sharing
All purchases are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the files is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.
